Dr. Jose A. Aguirre MD SFHM
Dr. Jose A. Aguirre MD SFHM is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree at Georgetown University and his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine.
He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark NJ.
He is an active member of the American College of Physicians, Society of Hospital Medicine and the Florida Medical Association.
Dr. Aguirre began his practice in hospital medicine and grew Aguirre Healthcare to manage 450 physician hospitalists in 10 states.
Dr. Aguirre has 16 years of experience in treating adult patients and uses his extensive training in hospital medicine to improve his patients’ complex health issues.

Ms. Mildred Taveras PA-C
Mildred Taveras graduated from Universidad Technologica de Santiago, School of Medicine. She then completed an additional internship at the Armed Forces Hospital where she obtained her license to practice Medicine in the Dominican Republic.
Mildred completed her training as a physician assistant in 2003 working at area hospitals, nursing homes. and she has extensive experience in primary care and preventive medicine.
Mildred’s practice has special focus on the management of seniors with cardiovascular disease, hypertension, lung diseases, osteoarthritis, and the diagnosis and management of diabetes.
